Customize the cancellation flow
Retention is an important part of the paid subscriber journey. With Leaky Paywall’s new cancellation modal, you can now customize the messaging that subscribers see when they attempt to cancel their recurring subscriptions.
If a subscriber ultimately does decide to cancel, you can collect feedback to better understand why a particular subscriber decided to cancel.
How to get this functionality? Update to the latest version of Leaky Paywall (4.19.8) and the latest version of Recurring Payments (1.4.0) to enable this functionality.
