ZEEN101 and it’s products, add-ons/extensions, unless otherwise stated, are licensed under the GNU General Public License v2.0 or later.
Products such as Leaky Paywall, Flowletter, LocalCalendar, UniPress iOS and Android apps, MultiPass, and other SAAS-based ZEEN101 products are provided for use under license, contingent upon required monthly payments.
2. Warranty
ZEEN101 extensions are distributed without any warranty, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This applies to all standalone extensions and those integrated with ZEEN101 SAAS products.
ZEEN101 is guaranteed to function on a clean installation of the minimum, stable, and required version of WordPress and server specifications. Due to the wide range of third-party plugins, themes, and browsers, we do not guarantee compatibility with all environments.
We are not responsible for conflicts or compatibility issues arising from third-party software, nor are we liable for any data loss resulting from the use of our products. Support for third-party conflicts may be provided at our discretion.
3. Support
Support is available only to users with active, paid licenses. We provide:
- Setup and configuration guidance
- Technical troubleshooting for ZEEN101 products
We do not support third-party integrations, provide customizations, or assist with altering core product functionality unless specifically agreed upon.
Support and updates are available for the duration of the license. If ZEEN101 products are no longer developed, or if the company is sold or acquired, support obligations may cease.
4. Automatic Updates
Automatic updates are available for active subscriptions with valid license keys. These apply to ZEEN101 core products and installed extensions.
5. License Usage
Each customer is granted a non-transferable license for internal use.
License keys may not be resold or sublicensed. Support is only available to the original license holder.
6. Extension Delivery
Upon successful payment, you will receive:
- An email with your order and license key
- Access to your downloads via your ZEEN101 account
Download access continues as long as the license key is valid. Expired keys deactivate access to all related files, including prior versions.

Products are provided “as is” without warranty, and ZEEN101 is not liable for damages resulting from their use.
