Extension Updates

We’ve rolled out several updates this month focusing on transaction reliability and integration flexibility. We’ve smoothed out edge cases for Stripe webhooks, improved the gifting checkout flow, and added new controls for our SimpleCirc and SFS integrations. Here are the highlights:

Leaky Paywall 4.22.5

We added better error handling to ensure seamless registration even when page loads falter:

Added handling for free users during registration if the page loading process fails (specifically for Stripe webhooks).
Bumped “tested up to” version for compatibility.

Gift Subscriptions (3.2.0 & 3.2.1)

We shipped a major update to improve the gifting checkout flow and reliability:

New Stripe payment field functionality.
New coupon functionality for gift purchases.
Corrected payment form logic based on your enabled gateway.
Fixed a Stripe JS loading issue.

SimpleCirc Integration 1.9.8

Added a new handler for changing a subscription.

SFS Data 1.1.0

Added a renewal code setting for SFS.

Maintenance Updates

We also pushed translation updates and updater improvements for Article Countdown Nag (3.8.5) and Double Opt In (1.3.6).
