We’ve been hard at work shipping platform improvements and powerful extension updates to make your paywall run smoother and help you grow your subscribers.

Extension Updates

We’ve rolled out several updates this month, focusing on better performance, cleaner UI, and enhanced Stripe Connect integration. Here are the highlights:

Leaky Paywall 4.22.4

We shipped a critical update to ensure seamless registration and transaction handling:

Add fix for subscriber not created if registration page does not finish processing.
Add fix for duplicate transactions during a Stripe registration.
Add Stripe Connect params to Checkout API calls.
Add fix for authentication during Stripe Connect onboarding.

Coupons (2.4.1 & 2.4.2)

This is a major update for how you handle discounts!

New coupon field UI for a better user experience.
No longer rely on cookies to process coupons, which improves reliability.
Fix date formatting for start and end date.
Add check for coupon code in the URL for the new UI.
2.4.2 Follow-up: Add fix for double discount when coupon code in URL.

Timewall (3.5.2) & Content Auto Archiver (3.5.3)

These updates give you more granular control over your archival strategy:

LP – Timewall (3.5.2): Do not archive content if it is in a restriction exception category or tag.
LP – Content Auto Archiver (3.5.3):
Add check for user role bypass.

Do not show timewall if visibility allows access.

Stripe Connect & Integrations

We continue to strengthen our payment and third-party integrations:

LP – Trials (1.9.4): Add Stripe Connect params to Stripe API calls.
LP – SimpleCirc (1.9.7): Add additional syncing functions and adjust admin data layout.

Basic Shipping (1.8.8)

Store field data for gift subscriptions.
Update layout of admin fields.
